4. Automatic Rubbing the membrane fabrics: There’s a rubbing device installed in the material rack. It can rub the edge of membrane fabrics, so that the fabric can be welding while across the hot melt head.
5. Backing and returning of material: When the line the broken, the fabric can return slowly by pressing the control button on touch screen, to prevent the needle from being bent, reduce the waste fabric, protect the machine, extend service life.(Patent)
6. Hidden type threading lighting: There’s a light hidden in thread part, make it easier to threading.
7. Breaking stop function: There are six sensors installed on the sewing head, the machine will automatic stop when the thread is broken.
8. Computer adjustable needle gauge function: The distance of the stitch can be adjusted by touch screen.
9. Multifunctional adjustable edge device: The normal range of the edge device can be 115-185mm.The edge device can be customized by the material and the diameter of the fabric.

13. Sharpening function: Start sharpening function by touch screen, the cutter will automatic running, use grindstone to close the cutter to sharp.
14. One-click switching heads function: We only need to click the button on the touch screen to change the machine head and process. Hot melt table is hidden while using sewing head. Click the hot melt function, the table will automatic rise up.
15. Hot melt speed and temperature adjustable: By PLC system touch screen adjust speed and temperature,the rang of hot melt speed is 5-12m/min,the rang of temperature is 50-600℃.
