Main Functions of Automatic snap band groove strips making machine

1.Using servo motor automatic feeding snap band,double acting hydraulic cylinder automatically cutting snap band and punching holes.

2.One cutting mold can meet different snap band size: 25mm/30mm/35mm/40mm (Customized)

3.Using the principle of air source suction,the rivet is placed in a fixed position for riveting.

4.Equppied with chain type stitch sewing machine,4 thread sensors,no need change bottom thread,can automatic continuous sewing groove strips.

5.Equipped with pneumatic scissors cutting groove strips.

6.Glue heating temperatire is adjustable,according to differnet melting point of hot melt glue adjust the heating temperature.
